Introduction
A Fleet Report allows the user to generate reports concerning the whole fleet at one go.
Reports
There are 15 (fifteen) full reports that can be issued through the Fleet Report. These are:
Average Speed
A report showing the average speed (in km/h) of each vehicle within a user-defined period of time.
Top Speed
A report showing the maximum speed (in km/h) reached for each vehicle within a user-defined period of time.
Total Distance
A report showing the total distance (in km) covered by each vehicle within a user-defined period of time.
Total Distance By Hour
A report showing the total distance (in km) covered by each vehicle either during Weekdays or Weekends within a user-defined period of time, the report can be generated to show distance covered by fleet vehicles outside office hours by ticking the Outside Office Hours checkbox. Office Hours are set by the user by choosing the desired time from Time From and Time To drop-down menus.
Total Driving Time
Total duration of the actual driving time (in hours) for each vehicle within a user-defined period of time.
Stoppage Time
Total duration of stoppage time (in hours) for each vehicle within a user-defined period of time. Stoppage time is the total duration for the engines being switched off.
Idle Time
A report showing the total duration (in hours) of idle time for each vehicle within a user-defined period of time. Idle time is the total duration for the engines being switched on while the vehicle remains stationary.
Total Distance + Est. Fuel
A report showing the total distance (in km) covered by each vehicle within a user-defined period of time with the estimated fuel consumption (in litres) for such distances. Estimated fuel consumption values are available only when a fuel monitoring subscription is purchased by the user, otherwise values will always be shown as 0 km.
Total Distance By Hour + Est. Fuel
A report showing the total distance (in km) covered by each vehicle either during Weekdays or Weekends, within or outside office hours within a user-defined period of time, with the estimated fuel consumption (in litres) for such distances. Estimated fuel consumption values are available only when a fuel monitoring subscription is purchased by the user, otherwise values will always be shown as 0 km.
Total Distance for Input
A report showing the total distance (in km) covered by each vehicle whilst having a common, particular, input active or triggered within a user-defined period of time.
Total Count for Input
A report showing the number of instances when each vehicle had a common, particular, input active or triggered within a user-defined period of time.
Total Time for Input
A report showing the total duration through which each vehicle had a common, particular, input active or triggered within a user-defined period of time.
Input Location
A report is generated showing the geographical position of a common, particular input within a user-defined period of time. The user can generate different reports based on the required status of such input by selecting the appropriate status from the State drop-down menu.
Current Mileage
A report showing total mileage (in km) depending on GPS location. The actual mileage at the time of tracker installation should be included in the Mileage Calibration section of the Asset Details on Fleet (Kindly refer to the Live Tracking help page for further assistance), otherwise, retained values will be always shown as 0 km.

Generating a Fleet Report
A Fleet Report is generated by:
1. Go to Reports → Fleet Report
2. Choose Un/Select All to select or deselect all available groups, or choose individual groups from the Groups section.
3. Set the Start Date (mandatory) and End Date (optional) by typing them in or by clicking on the calendar icons.
4. When applicable, select the Days, Time From, Time To, Input and State (Optional) from their respective drop-down menus.
5. Click the Generate button to generate the report.
All generated reports can be supplemented by extra information, such as Group, Estimated Fuel Consumption, Stop City, and the Count of the reported input if applicable. To add such information:
1. Hover over any column header in the report.
2. Click on the down downwards triangle arrowhead (?).
3. Hover over Columns from the drop-down menu.
4. Choose the information to be included from the side menu.
All generated reports can be sorted in an ascending or descending order using a particular column as the sorting point. To sort the report using a particular column:
1. Hover over the required column header in the report.
2. Click on the down downwards triangle arrowhead (⏷).
3. Select between Sort Ascending and Sort Descending from the drop-down menu.
Fleet Reports can be either printed, exported to Microsoft Excel, Exported as CSV file by clicking the Print, Export to Excel or Export to CSV buttons respectively.
