Introduction
An ID Report allows the user to monitor the activity of both; drivers and vehicles based on the iButton (ID Button) log.
Reports
There are 2 (two) types of ID Reports; ID Report By Asset and ID Report By Employee.
ID Report By Asset
A report showing WHO was driving a particular asset or vehicle.
ID Report By Employee
A report showing WHICH asset(s) or vehicle(s) was/were driven by a particular driver.
Generating an ID Report
An ID Report By Asset is generated by:
1. Go to Reports → ID Report → ID Report By Asset
2. Set the Start Date (mandatory) and End Date (optional) by typing them in or by clicking on the calendar icons.
3. Click the Generate button to generate the report.
An ID Report By Employee is generated by:
1. Go to Reports → ID Report → ID Report By Employee
2. Set the Start Date (mandatory) and End Date (optional) by typing them in or by clicking on the calendar icons.
3. Click the Generate button to generate the report.
All generated reports can be supplemented by extra information, such as Date, Time, Location, City, Country, Identity, State and the Distance. To add such information:
1. Hover over any column header in the report.
2. Click on the down downwards triangle arrowhead (⏷).
3. Hover over Columns from the drop-down menu.
4. Choose the information to be included from the side menu.
Reports can be sorted in an ascending or descending order using a particular column as the sorting point. To sort the report using a particular column:
1. Hover over the required column header in the report.
2. Click on the down downwards triangle arrowhead (⏷).
3. Select between Sort Ascending and Sort Descending from the drop-down menu.
