Introduction
The Schedule Report function allows the user to receive scheduled reports via email at timely intervals. Scheduled reports can be set for one particular vehicle, a set of vehicles, or the whole fleet.
Reports
There are 9 (nine) reports that can be scheduled. These are:
Average Speed
A report showing the average speed of the selected vehicle(s) for the requested frequency, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
Idle Time
A report showing the idle time (when the engine is running while the vehicle is not in motion) of the selected vehicle(s) for the requested frequency, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
Stoppage Time
A report showing the stoppage time (when the engine is totally off) of the selected vehicle(s) for the requested frequency, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
Top Speed
A report showing the maximum speed recorded by the selected vehicle(s) for the requested frequency, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
Total Distance
A report showing the total distance covered by the selected vehicle(s) for the requested frequency, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
Total Distance + Est. Fuel
A report showing the total distance covered by the selected vehicle(s), together with the estimated fuel consumption for the requested frequency, either daily, weekly, or monthly. For the accuracy of this report, the estimated fuel consumption per kilometre should be entered in the Estimated KM/Ltr in the Fuel section of the Asset Details.
Total Distance by Hour
A report showing the total distance covered by the selected vehicle(s) per hour for the requested frequency, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
Total Distance by Hour + Est. Fuel
A report showing the total distance covered by the selected vehicle(s) per hour, together with the estimated fuel consumption for the requested frequency, either daily, weekly, or monthly. For the accuracy of this report, the estimated fuel consumption per kilometre should be entered in the Estimated KM/Ltr in the Fuel section of the Asset Details.
Total Driving Time
A report showing the total driving time of the selected vehicle(s) for the requested frequency, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
Generating a Schedule Report
A Schedule Report is generated by:
1. Go to Reports → Schedule Report
2. Click on New in the Schedule Report tab
3. In the Schedule Detail window, fill in the following details:
- Schedule Name: Enter a custom name for the scheduled report.
- Report: Select the report required from the drop-down menu.
- Frequency: Choose the scheduling frequency from the drop-down menu. The scheduling frequency can be either Daily (Report is delivered at the end of the day), Weekly (Report is delivered at the end of the week), and Monthly (Report is delivered at the end of the month).
- File Format: Only Text file format is available from the drop-down menu.
4. To choose recipients, click on the (+) sign next to the desired email address(es). The email address will move from the Available section to the Selected section. Custom email addresses (not available in the Available section) can also be added by clicking the Add Custom Email button found below the Selected list box. All email address available in the Available section can be added at once by clicking the Add All button found below the Selected list box.
5. Whole domains and/or groups can be added simultaneously.
- To add a whole domain with all its subgroups, click on the (+) sign next to the domain name. Domains are found in the Domain Name list box.
- To add particular groups within a domain, choose the domain to which the required group(s) belong from the Domain Name list box, and then the (+) sign next to the group name. Groups are found in the Group Name list box.
- To add particular assets within the same or different groups, choose the domain to which the required asset(s) belong from the Domain Name list box, then click on the group name to which the required asset(s) belong from the Group Name list box. Assets under the selected group will be displayed in the Asset Name list box. Click on the (+) sign next to the asset name. The same process can be repeated to added as many particular assets as required.
6. Chosen domains, group, and assets will appear in the Selected Assets list box.
7. Click Save
