Introduction
With every new subscription, a user account will be created by our support team. Such an account will enable the user to monitor and effectively manage his/her own fleet.
In light of this, the client is kindly asked to provide his/her name, surname, contact number and email address, where the client will be receiving further instructions about logging into Fleet..
Welcome Email
Once an account is created, the client will receive a welcome email from welcome@handsonsystems.co.uk, titled ?Welcome to HandsOn?.
Within the email, the client will find the credentials to log into Fleet for the first time, including detailed information about logging into Fleet either through a computer system, or a mobile device as well as web links to download the official application for both Android and iOS.
Once logged in, the client will be able to see all the assets linked to his/her account.
